      Can I request to cancel my order?

      Yes, upon written receipt of cancellation to support@kokenusa.com

      Buyer shall provide a written request for the cancellation of orders for Goods, which have been placed by Buyer with Seller.

      Please contact support@kokenusa.com for assistance with your cancellation/refund.

      Merchandise that has been special ordered by Seller may incur a Twenty Five Percent (25%) Cancellation Charge.
