Web Orders (Without Shipping Account Numbers)
Orders placed through our website without a customer-provided shipping account number will be shipped using the least expensive method available, typically USPS or UPS.
PO Box Deliveries
All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS.
Ko-ken Account Customers
Customers with an established Ko-ken account will have their orders shipped exclusively via UPS or FedEx, unless USPS is specifically requested.

Customers who prefer to use their own UPS or FedEx shipping accounts may do so by:

Backordered Products

Custom Products
Custom-made products generally require up to 60 days for processing and delivery.
Freight Forwarding
Please note that Ko-ken USA LLC does not currently support freight forwarding services.
